If I may suggest ... I would crop some of the empty space around the model.
I completely agree that a tighter crop and even a vertical format would work very well. I considered it but chose this format in order to try something a bit unconventional by seeking to emphasize the various diagonal elements in the image -- the long shadow, her legs, the black cloth, and her hair. I'm still not sure it works haha. But thanks for your suggestion. Much appreciated!
