I really like both the mood and graphic quality of this image. But I think there's a bit of dead space in the bottom left. I'd cut the image off somewhere below the lightish bump that's about 1/3rd up on the left side. I know that would make the "legs" less long, but in my estimation the image would be even stronger overall. YMMV

What makes it interesting is that it is creepy, yet it is intended to market something (the glasses?). Probably in context it looks okay, but cropped tight and isolated it's just plain weird!
