Thank you for your comments! I've been using this time of restricted movement to experiment with some hand held long exposure photography .

Without the red barn it would be much less interesting! Good one...

I can't imagine a better angle or moment for this portrayal--especially the one eye poking out from the hat brim. It's an appraising eye, more skeptical than friendly.

I caught the last 3-4 songs of her performance and it was excellent. She was performing as part of The H-Street Festival in Washington DC, they had 8 city blocks closed to traffic with multiple stages, plus food and craft and business booths. The Mrs and myself had some excellent NC BBQ Rips and few other snacks.
