To be at the right place at the right time and see it...

Logging in after a long time ... this was a live concert at the Blue Note NYC, during his week long birthday concert series. I was crammed in the benches directly in front of the stage.

Thanks Lynn, lighting was a little difficult, also my position. Here she got the reflection from the song text pages to illuminate her face better. Great concert, great voice.

Thanks for your comments. It was a great concert by an artist which I had not heard before: Vanessa Rubin. Great singing and superb command of her band as well. My better half got us the tickets.

Good catch ;-). It was at a Starbucks in NYC the day the scandal broke loose about the treatment of customers and the police being called upon them.

Happy accident just by moving the pitcher to the right, there was a spot where the reflections broke the shadow. And I was awake enough to see it.
