The shot was actually taken on a dull day, but I didn't have time to meter and it is very underexposed - perhaps by 2 stops. However, this has worked to my advantage as the girl who owns the hands is completely invisible.

Nico, it was shot with a Canon DSLR using a 24-70 at 70mm.
