Would like to have yours advice on the price of a good condition (not excellent) Canon 28/3.5 LTM lens.
On anti-camera web page, it ranges from 150 to 200, in ebay approx 300.
As I find one at a local shop approx 330 seems high to me, what do you think?

I was trying to sell mine at US$215 in a local forum. Nobody wanted it and I decided to keep it with my 28mm f/3.5 Nikkor.

Maybe it is $200-$300, depending on how clean the lens is and on the current market.

This lens comes in both full chrome (36mm filter) and black/chrome (40mm filter) variation. A good condition chrome lens almost never goes for less than US$300. And if it comes with finder and case, it'll certainly cost a fair bit more.
