I use the Viewfinder Only setting on my X100T. When I choose a B&W film setting, the Viewfinder switches to B&W. is there a way to override this? I simply want to look through the Viewfinder without the camera interpreting what I am seeing. Thanks, bob

There are two viewfinder options, optical, OVF, which is Leica like: so framing lines and optical view with no "interpretation" and the electronic viewfinder, EVF, which will show the option selected in film. Even if you select RAW only the jpeg option selected will show in the EVF I can see no way of avoiding that but I only use the optical viewfinder personally
To switch pull the selector switch on the front towards the on/off switch when viewed from behind the camera.
