W/NW - Classic Cars

And just so that you know that as sweet as these cars look, under the hood is complilcated. In the upper right is a glimpse of my old 2CV. From the ridiculous to the sublime. ;o) The green spheres are where the gas is held for the hydro-pneumatic suspension.

Those giant white cans are air cleaners, after market.

Mitsubishi Lancer Evo-7 (Production: August 2001 – January 2003)
Is it a classic? Well, it's over 20 years old and I rarely see them on the road.

Mike, after you justified including an image of an E-scooter over in the Motorcycles thread I would guess that all bets are off as to what constitutes a classic car at this point. 😄 As long as you can tell it is a car and it’s not brand new, I say go for it as I enjoy looking at cars of all sorts. Keep ‘em coming please.

1966 Nissan Cedric Special 6
Per Nissan: Cedric was one of the most famous high-end cars in Japan for a long time. The second generation Cedric 130 was rolled out in 1965. The styling was changed from American to European. The elegant form, called "Flowing line", designed by Italian carrozzeria Pininfarina was admired. It was the time when highway networks were rapidly constructed in Japan. Traveling performance in high speed, quietness and safety were greatly improved for the motorization in the future. The new "L20" engine (6-cyl. in line, SOHC, 1998cc, twin carburetors, 105ps) was first mounted on this model. This car is equipped with characteristic big rectangle tail lamps added at minor change in 1966.

Where one is standing with a camera in their hand in relationship to the location of a quickly moving main subject and the bright glaring Sun in the sky is uncontrollable and often unfavorable. Oh well, it is what it is.
