This looks like a cool place to work, hangout, and meet other photographers. Looks like they are still closed due to Covid.

The darkroom is handicapped accessible, and includes a Zone VI cold light split-filter enabled enlarger capable of up to 8x10 negatives, and a Leitz enlarger for incandescent based 35mm black and white negatives. Alternative printing methods are encouraged. Both 8 x 10 and 4 x 5 view cameras are available for use at the facility. The alternative printing room has two UV boxes capable of up to 18x20 prints and a vacuum UV box that will handle up to 20x24 prints. The sinks are capable of prints up to 20 x 24 with automatic tray rockers.

Anyone ever been or familiar with them?

I attended a large format workshop at Camera Commons several years ago. It was well done. Camera Common has two darkrooms and can handle almost anything, both film and digital. David Spelz, the owner, is a long time photographer in all formats and well connected in the New England photography scene. They also have several gallery spaces. I don't know their current operating status.
