Ambitious, but rubbish
Aside from drugstores walmart etc., where in and around the city do you get your film processed? I currently go to two places - The Photo Workshop, on Germantwon Ave in Chestnut Hill, and The Chestnut Hill Camera Shop, also on Germantown Ave in - you guessed it, Chestnut Hill.
The Photo Workshop will give prints and scans from C-41 35mm and APS. They will develop C-41 120, but cannot print it. They can scan it, but it costs about $6-$7 per frame.
AFAIK they can do B&W, but they cannot do slides and have almost no film for sale. Their prints are ok, but so far I am not impressed by their scans.
The Chestnut Hill Camera Shop sends film away, I'm not sure where. I have gotten color and B&W prints from 120 from them, no 35mm, no slides, no scans, and no APS.
Where do you go?

I never get prints. I almost never ask for scans - just develop, cut and file. I go to Costco for most C41, Dwyanes for chromes.

I use two locations both of which develop rollfilm and 35mm in-house. Pat's Photography Center in Malvern does B&W development in-house both 35 and rollfilm as well as C-41. She sends E-6 work out. Motophoto in West Chester, PA also does B&W, C-41 and E-6 all in-house both 35 and rollfilm. The quality is acceptable. Many pros in the area use Motophoto in West Chester as well as Pat's. I use both places. Pat's for c-41 and Motophoto for E-6. Pat's is closest, and I use them the most.

There are two places in/near center city. The first is The Photo Lounge on 20th and Chestnut. They do C-41, Black and White and E-6. In 35mm and 120. The other place is on 10th and Arch which is Philly Photographic Inc. They do C-41, Black and White and E-6. 35mm and 120. I would go to Philly Photographic first, I know they can scan film in two.

I usually send my film to Camera's Etc. They have two location here in Delaware, one in Newark down by University of Delaware, and one in Wilmington.

Ditto Philadelphia Photographics. Full service lab, but if you want to buy film, they don't sell it. Very reliable and accomodating.
