Bump: Could the moderators look into this, Please?

It's not even the top half! I am only seeing a little more than the top 1/3!

I use Safari, I hadn't noticed but I have the same thing going on. I tried Chrome and it showed them full as well as enlarged all of the page. Makes Safari the reason I guess. at least the latest version.

I believe there are enough members experiencing this problem to be worth fixing it. Must be something in the coding not compatible with some computers, yet OK on others. A worthy challenge for the right computer nerd.

I get full pictures using Chrome, but half or so using Safari or Firefox. I don't think it's the computer, but the browser that has the problem. I've not explored the settings of either of the two that show smaller pix, there might be a fix there.

Funny, I get half pictures with both chrome and safari with my 13" MacPro and 27" iMac, both running Mojave; but full pictures with my 15" MacPro running Sierra.I get full pictures using Chrome, but half or so using Safari or Firefox. Yes now I see that it does depend on whether there are any vertical (portrait) images in the mix. I just saw a set of three horizontal (landscape) thumbnails that displayed correctly, full height. It's the presence of a vertical in the mix that throws something off.Ah! Here's an observation: going back to the front page, and the images are displayed correctly:

Same browser and same device as before (13" Macbook Air, Min browser). But notice these are three landscape images, not two landscape and a portrait one as in my last screenshot.
My guess is that the code for the layout is forcing the three combined images to take up 100% of the horizontal space allotted to the random pics section, but every so often (such as with two landscape images and one skinny portrait one), it's not calculating the height that's needed correctly - or something's interrupting that process.
If you refresh the front page a few times, you'll notice that it opens that section with a set height (which matches the height given to it in my screenshot in comment #4), and only when the third image appears, the section increases in height to accommodate the images correctly. Something's obviously going wrong in that step.
Mods? What can be done about this?

Un-yay. Now it's not fixed. Back to showing only the top 1/3. I will check with MP Guy.
Rob-F,
Its not a practical or affordable to have RFF's website 100% compatible with every obsolete computer out there,
or all the new computers available for that matter.
I see this as a minor display problem not worth spending programming money on.
Problems that need to be fixed for RFF to function well are another matter.

Is it really a major job; or maybe just a little glitch? After all MP Guy already had it displaying correctly for a while. So maybe the fix just wasn't saved?
I don't think my 2017 Macbook Pro and 2017 iMac are obsolete.
Edit, 3 minutes later: I just switched to my four year older (2013) Macbook Pro. The thumbnails show correctly on it, so I don't think ago/obsolescence is the issue. Perhaps the OS has more to do with it? This one runs Sierra. The 2017, Mohave. Later I'll try it on my 2009 Macbook/Snow Leopard.
Sorry to be a nuisance.

Uh-oh. Fixed it? maybe you did, at the time; but now, some 5 hours after your post, it's still doing the same thing on my computer. Are the fixes being short lived, for some reason?Fixed it!

No, it’s a joke.
@Coldkennels got it. 😁

I just tried logging out and back in. No luck, same result: top half only.A strange one indeed.
My two MacBook Air laptops (both 2017 models) do the same, intermittently.
Usually I log out, log in again, and boom! the problem is gone. I get full images.
