I do not have an OM-10, have not taken apart. I did find two repair manuals online, links above.
It's difficult to know what is causing the jam. Try gently winding the camera, and looking for parts that seem stuck. That's how I fixed my $35 Nikon F2.

Next thing to do, with a screwdriver push that metal lever towards this direction.
Even if this resolves it, there is a reason why it got overwound in the first place.
