Well, I no longer own an OM. I decided to sell my OM-1 and couple lenses as I could not really see myself toting along an SLR most of the time instead of a different camera. They are the best SLRs I have handled in many ways, and I could see getting another one sometime.

I’ve been enjoying this thread for a long time. It inspired me to acquire a 35mm SLR again. My last one was a Contax 139Q, which I sold a long time ago. I have other film cameras, but I thought an SLR would be fun for macro and wide angle. I settled on OMs for Maitani’s compact design and because they can still be serviced by good techs.
A few months ago I bought a clean OM-1 on RFF that had been recently serviced, and a 21/3.5 from that seller. I also picked up a black OM-2n from a Japan seller on EBay and sent it to John Hermiston for CLA. I then found a mint 24/2.8 and 50mm 3.5 macro from a local Craig’s list sale. I’ve only played with the OM-2/50 macro combo so far. Here’s a few shots from my first role with the macro (FP4 in Xtol).
These OMs are a joy to use and I appreciate this thread for pointing me in this direction.

At first I was dissapointed with this image because it's not really sharp anywhere, but now that's exactly what I like about it- looks kinda dreamy.
