Good evening. I'll take the Makina 67 out for a first spin next weekend. I don't have a MF-capable scanner. (Use a Nikon 5K to get raw output for 35mm.)

My gut would be to go to Yodobashi, but I always hate paying that much for a disc of JPEGs. Alternatives?

Have you checked wether there are pro-shops who can do that in Kobe or maybe Osaka area?

Maybe it is a good idea to contact some of the local pro-graphers and ask them where they get their MF-Scanned (if they do not do it themself)..

In Tokyo/Yokohama I would ask at Popeye Camera if they could do it, but they do not have shops in your area..

Maybe some of the local RFFers know more

I recommend ToyLab. It's an online lab. You make an order online, then post them your film, they develop it, scan it, and make it available for you to download the day they get it. They then send you the negs back with a bill. They do a great job, and will cross process, push process, or whatever you like.

Most of my shots on my website are developed and scanned by them. Have a look, and see what kind of quality they offer.

www.toylab.jp is their site.
