Transmitter, OK. At what frequency does it transmit?
And what does the device in post #30 do?
Transmitters can need a lot of power. I don´t remember exactly, but it could be 100s of kilowatts.

It is the transmitter. The large wheel is generating the very precisely calibrated frequency (17.2 kHz probably?) with a large current for sending out from the very large antenna. It is driven by an electrical motor outside the view to the right. The whole machinery was very large - the building held two transmitting machines of that type in the beginning (1920th).

The first is an MRI, second a laser, third an x-ray fluoroscope, the forth is a carbon arc furnace and the last cross processed E-6.
