I was on my way to Europe, had never been to New York before, and had no idea where I was standing when I took this picture in May, 1971.

This scan shows about three-quarters of the original print, which is 11X14 inches. All of it wouldn't fit on the scanner surface. If I can find the negative I will make an 8X10 inch print, which will scan quite easily.
