[Reduced prices] Nikon FG SLR w/ lens

Asking Price Shipping Amount Condition
SOLD! ($42.00) None Excellent
Description:

This is a very nice Nikon FG (the FG and the EM are the smallest and lightest SLRs that Nikon ever made) w/ an Osawa MC 35 70 Macro zoom. The lens is a freebie, but I suspect it's a decent macro lens and it's made in Japan. The reviews on it (same as Miranda lens I think) say it's soft wide open, sharpens right up at 5.6, has nice bokeh, and the Macro feature is escellent. Include is a Tiffen UV filter for it.

Everything functions just as it should, and is guaranteed to be as described. The camera has an M setting, as well as Aperture priority and Program. The meter is functioning properly and is accurate, as is the shutter. Will need light seals at some point, but OK for now. I've bought and sold a lot of gear here and on ebay w/ no problems.

US sale, and paypal only please. $42 plus $13.50 for insured priority mail shipping.

That's a nice price for that body. I got one a year or two ago, and shot it in A mode the whole time with a 50 f/1.2 – the metering pattern worked well. GLWS.

Thanks Alex. It's a fun camera w/ the usual Nikon excellent metering. The viewfinder is uncluttered except for the split prism in the middle and the shutter speed readout on the far side.
