On Hold (€850.00) €20.00 Excellent
Description:

Hi all,

Selling my M4-P in fantastic condition. The shutter speeds work perfectly and are accurate, the viewfinder and rf patch are clean and bright and there are no marks to speak of. The plastic protection is still on the baseplate so nothing to report there.

I'm only selling it because I'm looking for a "user" M6 and need to finance that.

My ebay handle is spiritof83, please check my feedback there or PM me for any questions or if you'd like to see more pics. Thanks!

Keep the M4-P instead of getting an M6 :-)

I know, I feel like I'm making a mistake, but I've got two reasons: I don't like using cameras that are in very good condition (always nervous about bumps and things, even though it's my own neurosis) and I sometimes hesitate at the wrong moment because I've got to meter changing light....

Don't sell a good looking camera. Enjoy it! I speak from experience, having acquired an incredibly clean Leica M5 that I almost never took out for fear of dinging it. Guess what? It finally happened one day... and I was relieved.

As for exposures... just use print film, take a meter reading and change settings only when the light changes (you go from outdoors to indoors or the other way around). The M4-P is far more enjoyable than a metered Leica body.
