This is the first I've heard of this. I normally do my own scanning, but since I don't develop my own color film (and thus have to send it out anyway), this is an attractive alternative. Have to keep it in mind for the future. Thanks for making it available to us.

I use it a lot. Very pleased. They do return your negs. The price is good for C-41. Other film is more expensive.

I'm another happy user of Precision Camera's film services. The last batch of four rolls was seven days door to door altho it's normally about ten. They deliver a good service. Joe

Is 35mm film returned cut in strips of 5 frames, or 6?

TIF or JPG?

I was developing a couple of rolls last night, and accidently dumped the (C-41) color developer down the drain. I guess old (and I mean O-L-D) B&W developing habits die hard. What can I say. The short development time for C-41 really stresses me. Well, these were the 3rd and 4th roll of chemistry good for 8.
So I'm another step closer to trying this.
Scans are listed as high-res, but no mention if they're TIF or JPG. Hopefully TIF? Seems a waste to have all those pixels, and only 8 bit depth and lossy compression.

Well, I found my answer here. JPG.
I'll contact to see if there's any way (and cost) to upgrade to 16-bit TIF files.
