This is a very beautiful yellow per my eyes.

This boat is a St. Laurence skiff. It is a well known (or was) in the Thousand Islands region of the river.

I have driven a boat very similar to this - 10'6" plywood racer with a small metal fin on the keel, and a car steering wheel. With a 25hp outboard it went like a scalded cat!

When I was a boy my father and I built a plywood canoe, with much help from my neighbour, a builder by trade. It was a wonderful and satisfying experience to complete the construction and put it in the water. I've liked wooden boats ever since.
