I have been going to this location for about 30 years - Bedford Ave under the Williamsburgh Bridge. It is approx the 10 mile mark. The street is narrow and the runners are on top of you.

I don't think the majority of subway riders like bongos blasting away. They tend to prefer the guitar players more. Here in New York City subway and subway platform entertainers have to audition in order to get a "license" to perform in the transit system. I sure this bongo player did not pass any audition.
