When Switching from Aperture to Lightroom...

Do companies like Nik Software offer a way to migrate their Aperture plug-in versions to Lightroom or offer a discount if not possible? I tried emailing NIK but no reply yet.

My motivation for moving to LR is they support all of my cameras in raw format while Apple just ignores the Leica D-Lux 4, despite how hugely popular it is when you add the Panasonic LX3. I promised myself I'd only keep one workflow in play, LR appears to be the next best thing to Aperture.
