Weird marks on the taking lens of a Rolleiflex 3.5F

I couple of days ago I got this Rolleiflex 3.5F for a fantastic price. However, as anyone who buys old cameras would do, I thoroughly checked both lenses. While both were clean, I saw a weird spotted pattern on the surface of the taking lens, as well as a weird blue dot on the other side of that element. I haven't found anything like it (or as is most likely, I haven't looked deep enough). Fortunately, the seller gave me a 10+ day warranty to test it (I already shot a test roll through it but I haven't had it developed) so I can return it without any problems. Here's the best photo I could take of it:

The roll that you shot will tell you whether the coating damage or internal hazing (can't tell what it is from the photo) is going to affect your photos. If you put a hood on it you should be fine. The lens issue will cut down the price if you decide to sell it later, but since you got a great deal on it it will be a wash.
