The Sigma Super-Wide II 24/2.8 is a lovely lens. The old Photodo rated it 4.1, making it one of the sharpest lenses ever tested by them. I have it in both Minolta MD/MC and in Minolta/Sony AF - it is a great lens and I often was tempted to buy it for Canon EF, but it doesn't AF on Canon Digital
Only downside: it has distortion. Look at this picture taken with a Sony A100
Sony A100 | Sigma Super-Wide II 24/2.8 | f/3.5 | 1/125s | 100iso
But, enough lenstalk.
As this is the Nex image thread, here is a Nex image with another Sigma lens:
Sony Nex 5 | Sigma 19/2.8 EX DN | F/11 | 1/30s | 250iso
And another one with a Minolta lens:
Sony Nex 5 | Minolta MD 85/2 | f/? | 1/320s | 200iso
