Russell, for about 9 years I drove a 1962 same-model PV544 Volvo as you posted, great little car. As badged on the grille, a B-18 engine, 4-cyl OHV 1800cc with dual SU carbs. Mine was an Army green color. And I bought a pair of those front turn signals for use on a motorcycle fairing too.

On a similar note, here's (I think) a '54: Komaflex-S, Fuji Provia 100.

This is actually on the property of a restoration shop. Some are for parts, some will be projects. And yes, some will likely rust into oblivion.

Another Ford T-bird of the same vintage as gnuyork's above. Either a 1955 of 1956 model, before they changed the instrument cluster in 1957.
Nikon FM2n, Nikkor-S Auto 55mm f/1.2, ORWO N74+, developed in LegacyPro L110 at 1:31 for 6.5 minutes.

Lovely car and very nicely portrayed. I rarely see them, even in photos, now. Thanks for posting it here.
My dad had one of these after four MGs (TD, TF 1500, MGA, and MGB). He turned 50 and a month later he traded the MGB in on the Rover 2000 TC. (I might note that I turned him on to the Rover. )

Thanks Murry .
They were indeed a lovely car .
All the old Rovers were .
My boss had one
A colleague at work also use to give me a lift home in his Rover 90.
The doors opened the "wrong way" . He was always complaining about his son who was playing "this rock and roll".
His son was a singer in a group called Mott the Hoople.
I`d never heard of them at the time

While on a trip to LA, I took a walk through the neighborhood to a cafe with my kids. We stopped to take some pictures along the way of course.
