w/nw: fire & flames

I was playing with a digital camera around the campfire late last night, and although none of the photos were any good I liked how the flames came out... long-ish exposures, flame movements, etc...

... any good fire/flame photos out there?

Worked out how to post an image... I realise this is not the most interesting photo, but it shows the flame-effect I liked.

Couldn't find any pictures that I've taken of an actual fire. Does this count?

A shot from the Busanga Plains, Zambia. Bush fires all around the camp.

Shot with an evil Canon 5D plus 100-400L.

Cheers,
Kirk

^ indeed Double Negative. I think you posted one from Epcot recently? I struggle a bit with the "authenticity" at the parks, with the Himalayas and Nepal section of the Expedition Everest in Animal Kingdom being the peak for me (couldn't bring myself to lift the camera there). Oh well, it's fantasy land and the kids have fun.. I might have some "street shots" from Main Street USA to share...

Fire in Trenton's (NJ) Chambersburg Section.
I got there just as they had gotten the fire under control and put out.
