Looking for 2.8/3.5E focus knob cover

Iím wondering if anyone has a focus knob cover thy might be willing to part with. Iíd like to replace my 2.8E uncoupled meter that sits on the end of the focus knob with the simple cover that has the asa reminder. I think the part may in fact be the disk itself, and a bezel that has 3 screws which press the bezel into the diameter of the focus knob. I havenít seen these parts in person, and if anyone can describe it better Iíd be most appreciative. Thanks,
