What exactly is your point there? I'm not getting it...'

Toto was the dog in 'Wizard of Oz', Rio, supposed to be Kansas...
Your excellent photo reminded him the famous line from the 76 year old movie...'W of Oz'...

No worries, humour on internet among people from various languages and cultures is difficult to convey I guess.

Zombie thread revival, in keeping with the recent revival of a dead Hexar AF Rhodium. These are from the first roll through after the resurrection, all on HP5+ in Caffenol C-H(RS):

'...From the first proper roll through the resurrected Hexar Rhodium...'

In 1994, 2 years after Hexar's (black) introduction, 1,000 Rhodium were made to celebrate 100 years of Konica cameras, retail at 88,000 Yen, or US$785,
my Silver, a kind of 'Hexar AF Mark iii', was made in '97, w two minor functions added...

Took the Rhodium on vacation as my color film camera. I was generally quite pleased with the results (though I did discover I have a lot to learn about shooting slide film, even with a camera that meters accurately). Here's a sample.

Mine recently stopped working all the time...sometimes it won't turn on. Dunno if anyone has any tips for that but this is probably my favorite camera of all time, I'll legit cry if it bites the dust :[

Also, I haven't posted in here for awhile, so here's a couple shots:

Both were taken with Agfa Vista 400 film

It's not the simplest procedure, but depending on the failure mode there may be hope. Mine was bricked when I got it. See here: http://www.rangefinderforum.com/foru...d.php?t=160911

I no longer have a Hexar AF, though I owned it twice, and the best images I made with it almost made me overlook all the others I screwed up (i.e., the pathetic story of film and me). It is a camera that requires consistent use and discipline, and I admire (and defer to) the more constant practitioners in this thread.

This image swam up out of the past this week, so I reworked it a bit. This subject appears (same pose, against a nearby wall) in the very first photo I posted in the RFF gallery, which was shot with an M4/50 Planar, and which has been exhibited a number of times.
