the XF 50mm is becoming my 2nd favourite lens on the X-T2 after the XF 18mm, funny thing is I was never a fan of the 75mm FOV on Leica or DSLR crop.

The XF 50mm is one sharp lens, it is becoming one of my top favourite lens of all time

Thanks for the kind words guys...the 50 is the fov of a 75 mm...75 was always a fave of mine coupled with a 35...makes for small easy to carry kit.

Nice one! I think the 50mm is perfect for modern street photography in this age of public 'shyness'. I use mine on the street most of the time now.

For me the 35mm on APSC still is my favorite, but I'm liking the 50mm very much as well. Agree on your point though. Thanks.
