From a recently acquired Zeiss Ikon Mess-Ikonta with the Tessar lens, using FP4. I am really impressed with this camera:

Ilford Warmtone FB prints (5x7) of Kodak TMax 100 negative, taken with a Voigtländer Bessa II

The sculpture panel was made around the 10th century, so I hope nobody is offended by it...

Poor critter! Seems a zero-sum past-like now, butt at the barn.

Lovely print! Might be called "Wishful"

Alas! Due to chemical/skin dissonance, I had to go digital and miss my film, and must load my ancient 645 again.

Very nice print...sorta reminded me why I leaned toward my old Nikon...contrast. Never could squeeze enough out of my larger formats, even with filters and wands when enlarging, always seemed to miss. Then had to change to digital...still learning.

I just took my first pictures on a new (old) Ihagee Ultrix 3860 (6x9 on 120 or 6.5x9 glass plate) camera with CZJ 105mm f4.5 Tessar (late 1930s). Focus was not quite there, even at infinity. I just tested it with ground glass and a loupe, and focus distances are pretty good on the flat plane, plus the camera does have stops at the edges (in film mode). I suspect that I did not open completely. Sometimes when I erect the lens, I can pull on the lens and it will snap into place a bit more. This is partially a consequence of the adjustment built in required for going from roll film (F) to plate (P). I may not have done that while shooting. Based on the ground glass tests, I will probably shoot another roll, plus be more careful erecting (including not winding closed, speed of opening, etc.).

Both these shots were focused on infinity and shot at f16 with a Waltz Y2 filter.

B17 restoration. When spooling onto developing reel, I accidentally allowed the backing paper tape to contact the negative, which resulted in a pattern of incomplete development in top third. But, I couldn't throw it away.
