Kodak HC-110, Indestructible!

I processed two rolls of Neopan Acros today using the last drippings out of my Kodak HC-110 bottle. It's several years expired, extremely dark red, filled with chunks, and semi gelatinous. Dilution E was a bright red color.

Yet the resulting negatives were spectacular.

I swear this developer is the most indestructible set of chemicals on the planet.

I agree, apparently the color is NOT an indication of it efficacy. Rodinal is the same.

^ You mean I should cut back on how much of it I drink .
I definitely concur with the remarks about HC-110 , when mine got
rather chunky , I nuked it and then shook the bejesus out of it and
voila great negatives . Peter
