Nikon RF Month 2018

Not really posting here anymore but I'd like to get the March RF month photo thread started. Looking forward to seeing what you are all shooting this month.

Here's a few images from Charleston, SC, taken this past weekend with my Nikon SP 2005 and matching 35mm f/1.8 or the Voigtlander 25mm f/4, on TMX dev'd in FX-39.

Things look nice so far. Got the S2 loaded with Acros 100, and the R2S with Ektar 100. Been shooting as breaks in the weather permit.

Not shot this month, but I like them so much.

The VC S Skopar 50mm f/2.5 is often overlooked. In my opinion it is a much better lens than the Nikkors 50mm f/1.4 and f/2. The f/1.4 has weak corners and the f/2 has distortion. I do not have experience with the "Olympic" Nikkors (old and new). However, the S Skopar is great for general photography.

Nikon S2, S Skopar 50mm f/2.5, 400-2TMY.

Erik.

css9450m I would love to see your pictures, but unfortunately all the links of your pictures are broken (at least on my computer).

The best way to post pictures here is to load them up on FLICKR, copy them there and past them into your message on RFf.

Thank you!

Erik.

Hmmm, how strange... Maybe something is going on at Imageshack? They seem to be working here at the office (with Firefox) and at home (with Chrome). I'll look into it.

EDIT: Anyone else not seeing my pics?

Maybe the Imageshack pics are not visible from across the pond. I might try to do something with Flickr.

Was considering selling my S2 as I have too many cameras, but I can't bring myself to sell it every time I pick it up. Gonna run some film through it tomorrow.

Helen, when did you take that image above? I swear I know who that is. I even recognize how he is holding his phone.

Here's something just fooling around in my backyard. Trying out a new lens. Finally picked up the 12mm f/5.6 SL lens to complete my Voigtlander wide lens set. I love the 15mm, but the 12mm is really significantly wider (I have/had the LTM version which I am selling off now) and is hard to use. Anyone else use one of these? The focus on mine is tight and I'm wondering if that's normal. My 15mm is not tight like that.
