TLR collection - an overview...

Hello,

My insurance company asked for photographs of my TLR collection, so that I could re-insure them - they have always accepted my word before!! I thought you might like to see them, it's the first time I've had them all together like this!

Thanks for the kind comments. I shoot less and less now, than I ever did. As a pensioner, I find that the cost of film, and then scanning becomes a bit prohibitive.

I wish someone would make a digital back for the Rolleiflex series!!

Hey Doug, look over there ---------->

*YOINK!*

TLRs? What TLRs? Dunno what you're talking about. Good thing they're insured though...

Seriously though, nice collection. What's the one at the back right?

That's a Yashica 44LM 'Grey Baby'. 4x4 square rollfilm camera with lightmeter. Essentially (like all Yashicamats) a Rolleiflex clone, this time of the Rolleiflex 'Grey Baby' it's next to.

Yeah, I can understand about the pensioner thing, Doug. Spending money on gear means not much left for film and developing. That is a lovely bunch you have there. Well worth the expenditures.
