A Euromeet AND an NHS meet would be very tempting for this antipodean. Good idea, Stephen.

The NHS convention and dinner is on Friday Sep 11, with additional day events on Sep 12 and possibly Sep 13.

I canít make it.

But I highly recommended Lyon: a wonderful, atmospheric (the Traboules especially so), walkable city with plenty to interest the photographer.

Given a choice I'de prefer Durham or Cardiff, because they are beautiful, friendly and small-ish. More to the point I don't have to bother about ferries and drive on the wrong side of the road...

Regards, David
