So I bought another Bellami

Because I like my first one so much and wanted a spare before word got out... (so soon, right?!)

This camera is awesome.

Chinon Bellami, Lomo 800, Z7 scan, negativelabpro.com

You do seem to get much better results from the one I used to have.

I love this camera and itīs cousins(?) like the AF-C, the Vito CS or the Ricoh FF-1, but the attachable flashes are a PITA in my opinion. Big. heavy and killing the elegance of the lines.

The pictures you show look way better than my own color shots from the Bellami.

BTW, people smiling when you point a camera in their direction are a rare breed here in Germany.

I compliment them first - in this case 'beautiful car', and 'gorgeous dog!'
People at the beach tend to be more chill.

That's why it's nice that they're detachable, instead of built-in, like the later point & shoot cameras.

Hi Huss. Please educate me about Bellamis; what's so great about them.

Is the lens is as good as a Zuiko on the XA, for example? Other stuff?
