Unless you're looking for a paper version, you can download one at manualslib dot com.

Hope this helps.

Edit
: apologies - I missed the word "service" in your post...

2nd edit: I've just looked, and they have a "Repair Manual".

Try searching on-line for Matt's classic cameras website, navigate to the 35rc page, and scroll to the bottom. There you'll find some (hopefully) useful links. (Matt's is another useful site, too)

Sometimes mushy light seals can gum up the reset spring - may just need a clean with lighter fluid.

There is a very detailed and well-illustrated article on servicing the 35RC at the Kiev Survival site:

Rick Oleson's site has some good disassembly instructions. I don't know if there is anything on the spring. The explanation and illustrations about adjusting the meter are excellent:

I have an RC, fortunately working correctly. However the RC has a hard to find filter size, 43.5mm. For mine I bought off ebay a 43.5 to 43mm step down filter adapter. It doesn't block the meter window and 43mm filters and hoods and lens caps are much more plentiful.
Just a heads up.

Rick Oleson CLA'd my RC but he will not do them anymore, at least that was what I heard. He did a great job on mine so if you need repair at least check with him.
