Roger Hicks -- Author of The Rangefinder Book

Roger Hicks is a well known photographic writer, author of The Rangefinder Book, over three dozen other photographic books, and a frequent contributor to Shutterbug and Amateur Photographer. Unusually in today's photographic world, most of his camera reviews are film cameras, especially rangefinders. See www.rogerandfrances.com for further background (Frances is his wife Frances Schultz, acknowledged darkroom addict and fellow Shutterbug contributor) .

Digital Shutterbug Subscription

Put this here as you have articles in it...

Now that I'm back to work I re-subscribed to Shutterbug. I am getting the digital version on my Nook. Looks great!

So, I would buy a digital rangefinder book, when available. But not from Amazon...

On my second digital year. Subscribed via Zinio. Works well, and cheaper. Though I do at times miss the tangible feeling of the real thing.
