Fujinon XF 16mm f2.8 R WR lens, X-Pro2 camera

Yokohama, Japan - March 2019

My first outing with the Fujinon XF 16mm f2.8 R WR lens. I should say “our” first outing because my wife was with me and she’s not one to stand around while I get all artsy-fartsy trying to capture interesting images. So, on this first go-around I’m grabbing shots as we go on our merry way enjoying a beautiful early spring day walk.

Thank you, Range-rover, I appreciate your kind comment.
I think the lens is quite versatile, good for up close and also for getting the big picture.

Excellent images Mike.

I refer to your images whenever I consider to purchase a Fuji lens!
Besides, Japan is brought into my living room

Thank you.

Hi Mike, Nice lens and great pics! I bought the the XF 2.8/16-55 R LM WR some time ago but could only use it since August. A bit too large for the X-Pro but a good match with the X-H1. As your 16mm, minimal distortion at the wide end. Cheers, Peter

Thank you, Peter, I was just looking at the X-H1 yesterday at Yodobashi camera in Yokohama; it's a nice looking rig.
