Number inside M3 Film chamber

Hi All,

recently noticed that inside the M3 film chamber there is a 4 digit number. Does anyone know what this is for?

Checked my other M2s M4s and there is no similar number inside.

The numbers inside does not match with the SN on the top plate.

- John.

It's probably just an assembly part number.
