I think this is on par with absurdly priced special edition Leicas, but I guess it's nominally on topic for this thread. Macallan launched a limited edition whisky in collaboration with Magnum Photos:

Chris- you were three blocks from my studio when you took that picture of Don's Liquors in Louisville. Unfortunately, they closed a couple of years ago. Nice photos, too, BTW.

Nicely placed sunstar! Do you have a favorite Talisker bottling? And how did your ancestors end up in Australia, while the rest of your kin were founding distilleries?

Hand-filled bottle from Westland Distillery, Cask #448. Same bottle as Post #16 taken with the same lens, but using film instead. Oh, and I drank some of the whiskey.

I somehow missed this thread entirely.
Here's a photo I took about 5 years ago. The Bronica is mine, the Rolleiflex belonged to my friend John, and the Autocord belonged to John's brother Bob.
Later that year, John gave the Rolleiflex to me as a gift.

Tic-tac-toe, three in a row for Nikka! A shame this bottling is being discontinued:

See, that's what I am talking about. It is a photo of whiskey, but also a photo OF whiskey, if you know what I mean.

I think I am going to have to get out a bottle of whiskey and take a photo of a wee dram . . .
