Yes, that's the one - also why I needed to smiley my comment on it.

Seriously, thank you. It was a fun shot to make that evening. I remember wondering if the candle would give enough light to make it work.

Please feel free to add your gallery link to this list. If you use the Quote button, please remove the QUOTE tags (but not any of the rest - like this text).

Remember your Top Ten gallery may contain 12 photos!

Instructions for copying or moving a photo which has already been uploaded, to your Top Ten gallery
Go into the Gallery and into 'My Photos' and find the photo you want to have your Top 10 album. Open that photo, and click on 'Edit Photo' (below the photo) and then on either 'Change Category' or 'Copy Image To' depending on whether you want it to be moved or duplicated to your Top 10.

Instructions for creating a nice gallery link in one's signature
* OK, first you highlight the web address of your gallery and copy it (ctrl or cmd C)
* Then, you click on User CP at the top of the RFF webpage. Then on Edit Signature.
* Now you type e.g. My 12 Best Images or My Top Ten Images and highlight what you just typed.
* Now click on the Insert Link button at the top of the text editor window and paste (using ctrl or cmd V) when it asks for the web address.
* Lastly, while the text is still highlighted, I like to add some colour to show that it's a web link. Above and to the left of the Insert Link icon is a letter A with a bar underneath it. Click on the little triangle to its right and select e.g. Orange .
* Click on the Save Signature button and celebrate.

I got my first two rolls from my first rangefinder back yesterday, so if there are any photos left after I line the bottom of my birdcage, I'll post them here.

I've tried to click on some of the links in this thread to view your galleries but I get a message saying I'm not authorized to view this category or something. Is it because I'm new to the forum?

My favorites change often, but this is the one I like now.

As for my fav from the others, I was hoping this would be easy and there would be a lot of garbage. Unfortunately (at least for me) all the entries are very nice. I've been back and forth and think that I'm going to go with Misses Mia Wallace. The juxtaposition of the green balloons and red light was clever. I do reserve the right to change my mind, though, as the decision was too close for comfort.

Mine are here. Maybe not ten best, but ten that I like right now.

Ok, I got my first (and second) Rangefinder while deployed here to Iraq. On R&R for a couple weeks I was able to shoot a few rolls through my first one, but it's only about 4 rolls. Most of my shots are from my SLR. Will the SLR shots count for my 10 (12) best until I get some more film through the RF's? This is a really cool thread and I'd love to join in.

Unfortunately, some people have hundreds, if not thousands of images uploaded. I can't look at them all.

How about creating a My Ten Best Photos gallery? When you get a better shot, replace one of the others - even if it's *really* good too.

Just an idea.

So, here are My Best Photos (only 5 so far).

colin
I'm not sure why, but I do not have permission to view the gallery at the end of your link.

my top ten below, it will probably change, just based on the few images I've uploaded so far! It's notable that most of my best pics are not from rangefinders!

hope this link is correct:

Vince, I like all of your shots, but this one particularly. And I must say, you hang out with an impressive and eclectic crowd. I guess I'm assuming Colin Powell and John Waters were not at the same gathering?

The best?

I'm not sure if these are my best, but these are the first 10 of mine that I found that i really like.

More photos, less gear. I have too much money invested in cameras (yet many of these were shot with my phone.. Go figure.

Hey all, I'll throw in ten that I love right now (some NSFW so please scroll fast). All of these were developed with Tetenal C-41 Press Kit and scanned on an Epson V800. I'll come back with more later!
