Question on Yashicamat pressure plate 12/24 exp.

Please forgive my ignorance, but what happens if I set the pressure plate to 24 and load a normal 120 film?
Thank you!

Probably would be a bit harder to advance the film. 220 film has no paper backing so setting the pressure plate to 220 will move it closer to the film rails. Theoretically, there should be more drag.
