What is the Leica code name for this?

Made in Wetzlar, this turret for the M2 and M3 accommodates 3 screw-mount lenses, converting them to M-mount and allowing the user to switch focal lengths quickly.

I can't find the usual Leica code...

....one thing that you should keep in mind: the 35mm is f/2, a full stop faster than the 28mm. That could be an important factor if you shoot a lot in low light.
