Mamiya rz67 shutter speeds

I know it's not a rangefinder but it's fairly modern and can use 120 film soooooo.....

My rz67 is only firing at one speed(i'm assuming 1/400th). Also when i leave it alone a high pitched noise...

i'm not worried about getting the m2 wet, there arent any electronics to worry about. the only issue i encounter is a foggy vf.
