Not sure which sensor they use, but, personally, I use ISO up to 1600. I find the grain at ISO 800 quite pleasant. I am happy with the ISO performance considering this is an APSC sensor.

I have tried the pre-Asph 'Lux and I find the "glow" at f1.4 to be a bit much on the digital M9. At f5.6, it is amazingly sharp, though.
