A question to Mike, or other Japanese speakers. Please look at this page:

http://ferix.cocolog-nifty.com/range/2004/05/visoflex.html

Can you tell if the Visoflex mask is a one-off, or whether they are being sold someplace?

Hi Ed,
Had a look, I have visited this chaps site quite a few times but had not seen this.
The Visoflex mask is a Custom made (Copper plate etched mask).
The author asked a friend of his to make it for him, I also use a visoflex and have made a makeshift mask from a screen protector and a pen, but this copper mask would be very helpfull so I have sent the author a message to ask if his friend would be interested in making some more, will keep you posted as to what transpires.

Mike.

Thanks, Mike. It is an elegant solution, whereas cardboard is what I might use if I ws my usual lazy self.

An Update!
I recieved an e-mail from Ferix, Very nice chap!
He had a few made but declined to place the fact on his site
as he didn't want to get bombarded with requests,
But he very graciously agreed to let me have one! :D
He explained that some fine filing needed to be done to finish the
masks off.
I Thanked him game my details and recommended this site!
I was going to post an update here when I recieved another
e-mail from Ferix, saying that he found the site and was going
to include another mask and would I make sure that it gets to Mr Ed!!
So Ed, as soon as I recieve them I'll send one off to you.
Mike

Mike,
I'm off in California with only occasional access to my email, but just got this and am once again in your debt. There are so many neat and clever things in Japan!

Many thanks.
