Don't know if mentioned, but saw in the paper a couple of days ago.

Type 240

Limited to 25 sets and engraved with a Canadian flag composed of 13 diamonds. Four diamonds at the base represent the four original provinces that formed ... nine more points—in total representing the 13 provinces and territories.

US price is $10,500. Pre-orders are now open at Leica Store Miami. For all Canadian readers: the set is listed for 13,495 CAD

It's a nice looking camera. Does it only come in red? Blue would be good too. If it was made in Canada as well, I'd have no problem dropping $10,500 on it! :o

Why is it the M240 not the M10? It seems like Canada is getting last years stock.

canada was simply too polite to insist on an M10.

Wet tattoo on top plate and non Canada red skin... Well... at 13.5K it is very Canuckistan retail like pricing! Which is - make it in CAD and make it double.
