Hi

I am looking for the material used in the transparent covers that once sold as protections to cameras (top and baseplate)
I think that apart of being transparent, the main characteristic would be not to leave any adhesive residue when removed.

Any source?

thanks

Maybe buy a tablet screen protector film and cut to fit? They're not permanent so must use static cling or an adhesive similar to 3M Sticky Notes.

Just wrap it in Cling Foil...

Seriously, find a company the does Car Wrapping in your neighbourhood and ask for some surplus cuttings.

yes, it's just clear vinyl. There is no adhesive, so no residue

Try Con-Tact Clear Adhesive Covering.
Available at Home Depot and Walmart.
It's removable and typically used as a drawer/cabinet liner or for art projects.
