Lets see, I have 2 dogs, 4 cats...

And I still have to scan the couple shots I got for the August project.

34 views and only 1 comment?

unpopular topic?

I don't think so, Joe. It's that we just peek, think about what to shoot (or what shots we can plug in as "Groups") and keep going.

So... what are you doing on Thursday, Sept. 2?

I'll go out, looking for groups! :)

Great idea Joe! This will be a popular one.

I'm sure Kris will come up with some nice groups of beautiful girls :D

Yup, that theme *could* even beat the August one...

Let's see who'll be the first one.

Hi all,

I'm a newbie here just getting into serious photography and looking forward to getting my newly-purchased Ricoh 500G rangefinder and Olympus Trip 35 scale-focus cameras. I figured a good way to introduce myself would be to contribute a picture to the September photo project. It was taken with my Minolta Dimage 7i just recently. I have several questions to ask, but I'll post those elsewhere... in the meantime, any feedback on this pic would be wonderful. Look forward to conversing with you all.

Best regards,

doug, welcome to the forum and thanks for participating so quickly.
we have a gallery, just click on above and to the right. there are different sections, members, themes and one for monthly photo projects. that's the best place for this shot too.
by registering here you are also registered on the gallery, use the same user name and password.

Whoops, sorry about that Joe, I should have noticed that myself. I'd hate to have the photo get in the way of folks reading the thread. Which gallery should I post it in?

doug, no problem, just didn't want you to lose out on feedback and seeing the other contributions.
it's called the 'monthly photo project'

Here's a submission for "Groups." I shot this a couple of weeks ago with the Minolta Hi-Matic 7S that Joe Rizzuto sold me. Just foe the hell of it, I used the auxiliary telephoto lens for my Yashica Electro 35. Seems to have worked.

When I first clicked on this thread, the photo of all the rubber duckies came up on my monitor. So, I figured the the topic was...you guessed it... rubber duckies. I shot this last week in the shower on my friends boat with my trusty XA & A16 flash.
