Trooper,

I love the picture of your dog with snow on its face!
Well done!

Back yard at height of the storm - visibility down to about 100ft
Excuse the noise from my P&S. Shot thru a not-so-clean window too :)

2 hours of shoveling to get to the garage only to find another 4 ft of ...

Another perspective. Ours is the middle garage.
I won't hold my breath about getting this plowed anytime soon.

Anyone want to help me shovel my roof? :D

Thank you, Ellen. I'm slowly dusting off my cameras this past year, and so any positive reinforcement is greatly needed and appreciated!

A few weeks ago we visited our caravan and found that the previous months snow had done this to one of our neighbours.

The UK has had a lot more snow than has become usual this year. There are a couple of other pics on the blog here (http://photosojourner.wordpress.com/2011/02/03/aftermath/), but not great art!

Been there. Done that, several times. Moved.

You all have my sympathies.

I don't know what you guys are complaining about. These are snaps a friend sent me after a snowstorm in Winnipeg a couple years ago.

Just relax and enjoy--don't let it get you down...

Only a few more scoops to go...

I'm glad the wind blew most of it away...

Yesterday's commute. This was I-95.

No commute today, it was freezing rain and iced over roads. Taking a PTO day seemed like the right move.

We've missed most of the snow this year in northern VT. I've got about 2' on the ground total.
